All data is encrypted both in transit and at rest using industry-standard encryption protocols. Our servers are secured and regularly monitored for unauthorized access.

Your case workspace is private. Nothing you add is shared with the court, the other parent, or anyone else. All public content is shared only with your explicit consent.

5. Data Retention

You control your data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. We do not retain data longer than necessary to provide our services.

6. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services for authentication (Auth0), cloud storage (AWS), AI processing (ElevenLabs), and privacy-friendly website analytics (Plausible). These services are bound by their own privacy policies and security standards.

7. Website Analytics

On our public website, Plausible Analytics helps us understand aggregate traffic and which pages are useful. Plausible does not use cookies or store raw IP addresses or user-agent values. It processes those values to create an anonymous identifier that changes daily and cannot be used to follow you across days or websites.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time. You can also request a copy of all data we have about you.
