How does billing work?

Start with the free platform. If you choose pay-as-you-go AI work, add $10 · $25 · $50 to your Sidekick balance and use it for Analysis Report packs or optional full-depth chat. Your balance does not expire. Membership is billed at $49 monthly or $490 yearly. Checkout is not part of this page yet.

What stays free?

Your core workspace and public resource library stay free. That includes up to 25 documents per case, 1 lifetime Analysis Report, 15 full-depth messages each month before quick mode, Message Coach rewrites, and quick search within fair-use safeguards.

Do I need a membership?

No. Membership is optional. Pay-as-you-go Analysis Reports and full-depth chat are available separately. A Filing Prep Kit is included with Sidekick Membership; additional kits are available only to members.

Can I cancel membership?

Yes. You can cancel anytime. Your uploaded documents stay available, and unused Filing Prep Kits already banked to your account remain subject to the membership terms shown before checkout.

Are the attorney-time figures a promise of savings?

No. They are conservative estimates of what comparable attorney time may cost, based on national lawyer-rate and limited-scope fee sources. Actual fees vary. Family Court Sidekick provides legal information, not legal advice.
